Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you are agreeing to our terms, when you use our services and products. This is a legally binding agreement, so make sure you understand it.
1. You must be a MOM registered employer & have provided the registration information truthfully. If you are a 1st time employer, contact Workforce @ 63421211
2. You will access Maidify Value Package for a period of 30 days during which you will have unlimited access to transfer helper biodatas with phone numbers , interview and hire the helpers. If you have not hired any helper within the 30 days, you will have the option to renew the access @ $0 discount. If you have not hired any helper within the access period , you will be entitled to a refund of $ after deducting access administrative expenses
3.Upon hiring a helper, you will process MOM application with Workforce Manpower Pte Ltd Lic 07C2992 , pay the balance of Maidify Value Package & complete the transaction
4. If you have processed a helper directly, without notification to Maidify, you will pay the full fee, deducting any fees paid, upon demand
5. You hereby authorize Workforce Manpower Pte Ltd Lic 07C2992 to access your account in MOM WP Transactions to check that you are a MOM registered employer & to periodically check for a period of 90 days from the date of payment if interviewed helper has been hired by you
6.Unauthorized access is an offence under the Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act
Workforce Manpower Pte Ltd Lic 07C2992 operates online as "Maidify"
